I've seen a lot of people get promoted to very important positions from fairly low level starts. Project and client variety available, but also stability for longer term depending on your client assignment and if you like what you are doing. Great work life balance.

The company's growth seems to have stagnated and they had to pull back and right size recently. Only the underperforming and extra overhead people seem to have been let go so everyone left seems to be high quality.
