Change and uncertainty with business lines moving around, moving very slowly so stuck in limbo. senior management is getting further separated from the tools and digital we use and are becoming more incompetent, nothing is done about it. Use covid as an excuse to make fulltime people work 30 hours for two years when they were doing the job they are hired to do. billablity goals don't allow people to learn about what arcadis is doing to the detriment of getting all the staff on the same page onboarding doesn't prepare team members to actually use tools.
