They are not transparent, fire people, don't have good communication with global management. Local management doesn't think global management is worth anything, only talk badly about them and how incompetent they are. Lot of talking behind people's backs and if you are honest you get punished. They don't listen to young people's advice, the more senior people don't believe they have earned their right to speak up. They pay people below their worth because they will offer more flexibility. They could pay more, but TA likes to brag about keeping people's salary low! Also; don't trust HR!
