But we know our work is not done as we continue to focus on further reducing the rate of severe injuries and fatality prevention through a number of corporate initiatives and joint programs with the United Steelworkers. ArcelorMittal USA operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, which can require many employees to work in shifts or be on-call outside of normal business hours.
