No benefits when your retire. Promote safety but the culture in Management requires real change to institute a better quality of work environment, sad part is how do you explain to management they are the real issue to reach the journey to zero. They promote only "Yes Men" making it hard to accomplish anything productive when they coddle them through Leadership Training not allowing them to make mistakes, long enough to get them past the probationary period and then there is no turning back. I've attempted to address these deep rooted systematic issues to no avail.
