A lot of other departments to work for.

Isolation . Forced into the office when nobody else on your team or department works in that office. No reimbursement for parking fees for the unnecessary parking fees incurred when there’s no collaboration in office. Managers unfamiliar with claims systems. High turnover. Provided a mentor who left the team within a month. No assistance. 80% of the team assigned to, left within 3 months.
