Do yourself a favor and don’t even interview here. I left a while ago and still feel like I’m recovering from the experience. The founder has no real prior work experience, and it shows. The amount of gaslighting, micromanagement, and outright disrespect is intense. Turnover is insanely high. Almost everyone is hired as a contractor because they know they’ll fire people quickly. It’s common for someone you worked with one day to be gone the next, with zero explanation. If the board expects to recover their investment, they seriously need to step in.
