Low pay, high turnover, horrible micromanaging - Recensione dipendente - Systems Analyst presso Archbold

Very low pay. My current employer didn't think they could match what I was making at Archbold until I told them. They laughed and offered me 30k more. You have to document every second of your day in a report and if you have less than 7 hours you get in trouble. Every single day. Horrible micromanaging, all supervisors are older and so detached from what actually happens. It's sad. Saw about 20 people come and go before and after I left.
