Micro-management, controlling, bullying culture, sexist, racist, lack of ethics, morals and values. They offered no opportunities for growth, learning and developing your skills and capabilities. The place was mentally fatiguing, not only for me but for my colleagues as you were constantly being put down, with no offering of professional support to improve. They cheat, scam and tell lies to all stakeholders of the business, both internal and external. Walking away was the best thing I could've done after realising that having their name associated with mine could prove detrimental to myself as a professional and a person. Management style is very controlling, possessive, overshadowing any moves or progress. Not given opportunities to test, try and explore your professional capabilities. Aggressive, rude and distrusting in nature towards their staff, with un-achievable demands that go beyond your job description.

There is a noticeable culture of talking behind people’s backs, which can make the environment feel uncomfortable and lacking trust. At times, certain individuals act as though they hold significant power, contributing to this dynamic. The workplace can feel quite toxic overall. Leadership decisions, particularly from the CEO, can change very quickly, sometimes within the same day, making it difficult to keep up or meet expectations. On the surface, the company presents itself as polished and high end, but internally it can be very different and mentally draining. There is also a strong sense of micromanagement and very limited flexibility, which adds to the pressure.
