At times, certain individuals act as though they hold significant power, contributing to this dynamic. The workplace can feel quite toxic overall. Leadership decisions, particularly from the CEO, can change very quickly, sometimes within the same day, making it difficult to keep up or meet expectations. On the surface, the company presents itself as polished and high end, but internally it can be very different and mentally draining. There is also a strong sense of micromanagement and very limited flexibility, which adds to the pressure.
