If you know what you're doing, they leave you to it. Get your work done and there's no one really looking over your shoulder. The office can be fun at times and it's never stuffy. We have an office dog. Projects are varied, never too large and deadlines aren't unreasonable. Leave your woke politics out of this office.

Pay isn't going to be the greatest. But not the worst, either. Bonuses aren't a thing. 401ks aren't a thing. Holiday parties happen, but not without considerable effort by employees.
