This is a Chinese Family ran business. They are from Communist China and run their business the same way. Upper management is either family or out dated managers that struggle with technology and honesty. Very Unprofessional atmosphere, often leading to a hostile work environment. Examples: Arguments & Sabotage between department managers. All emails are screened. with information being passed to "choice" distributor. Dishonest with employees and customers about products, warranties and inventory. Commission pay is often "missed" inaccurate or completely removed Hold Inventory for "choice" customers.
