Tons of work, great work environment, unique projects to work on, very friendly staff, management addresses your concerns in a timely manner. If you work hard the senior level recognizes this and you move up faster. We work mostly in Revit but AutoCAD we do some projects in. Revit training is very informative when we do have it. If you have to take time off for personal reasons then senior staff is very accommodating. They have fun events like Margaritaville and Chili Cook off, bagel day and happy hours every once and a while. Personal design input is valued here.

It's possible to set your own work expectations and not overwork yourself, though many employees do.

Out of touch leadership. Some unexciting project types that don't allow for much design and growth. Theres a large gap in experience for mid range experienced employees which means younger employees likely don't get the training needed.
