(A given) Be prepared to go above and beyond at times with certain clients. The ticketing system used can be a bit tricky to newcomers as emails are treated as tickets so confusion is inevitable.

Good people to work with. Management is easy to get along with, and the work is fairly easy to perform. Position is mainly helpdesk, with some server-side administrative tasks, and the occasional project work. This is embedded work performed at client sites, however, clients are very nice to work with.

Pay is on the low end, and the company doesn't hire on many full-time salaried workers. Most new hires are part-timers, and moving into full-time is harder to accomplish.
