      To be there is a good opportunity for a beginner in construction industry, to see al a small level how it works, how workers are.

      it is not the best place to be because the atmosphere is to heavy and the schedule is a nightmare and after some time is possible to became confuse

      very flexible with time off, the managment and supervisors are understanding , decent pay but if you work hard enough the raise is great

      prolonged periods of down time, working in extreme conditions hot and cold , some people who work there are not nice at all
