2yDear Arcondian, thanks for your feedback and constructive critique. We’ve put quite some work into raising the profile of the Arcondis Foundation and ensuring employees can influence the Foundation’s initiatives, so it’s gratifying to see it mentioned here. Also great to see our flexible working options acknowledged and our management team perceived approachable – thanks. In respect of brand and services, after the recent reorganisation of our Marketing/Comms/Sales functions, we’ve undertaken a project to address both those topics and made significant gains although it remains a work in progress. For the DEI topic, we are already have approx. 40 different nationalities (quite high for a firm of only 250 employees in 5 locations) with a global gender split of 45%/55% F/M (higher than industry standard). We operate both an equitable and inclusive environment. To ensure we can do even better, we recently established a dedicated DE&I team; if you would like to join the team or have suggestions on which specific topics we should prioritise please contact the team directly; you find their details on our intranet. Regarding Swiss headcount; whilst there was some attrition (expected and normal) we ended 2023 with more employees than we started, therefore your observation regarding “steady transfer of headcount out of Switzerland” seems incorrect.
