The corporate recruiters should be fired; particularly for mid-high level management hires. I was lied to from the onset. This company is ran by loose ends on a daily basis. Minimal accountability and so many variables to deal with for similar business standards by most other successful companies. They run the shop by dollars not time in time out orders. No allegiants to the workforce and treats the customer base awful with utter performance issues and quality non-conformance matters.
