Mostly toxic managers. No money for equipment since the emphasis is on making the shareholders happy. Overworked supervisors who get nothing for their efforts. No bonus paid in 2 years now. Old aging equipment that needs a vast amount of work yet is still ran into the ground everyday. Divisions willfully ignoring mandated safety violations and continue to roll the dice with employees safety.
