Formed by private equity by combining 3 companies; unfortunately the cultures did not bend well. The PE company is way too hands on and makes wrong decisions based on cutting costs versus investing to grow. The executive team is comprised of a bunch of white men and are not on the same page and each tries to bulldoze their own agenda. The CEO is NOT a strong leader and people laugh about him behind his back. The CTO is perceived by most to be incompetent. The CFO is a gross human who makes everyone uncomfortable. The COO is also the head of sales and is a hot head. When questioned about lack of diversity on the leadership team during company meeting, it was laughed off and a crude joke was made instead of being taken seriously. Employees are notoriously underpaid. Employees have been quitting left and right due to it being a toxic culture. The company is a recipe for failure.
