There are many opportunities that are coming with all the changes allowing individuals to step up into new roles and be leaders. Arcoro is fast paced but exciting to watch it all unfold. There is a lot of vision behind the company, and it is amazing to be a part of the bigger picture putting action behind the goal and vision.

'Not sure if I would call this a con but., the new leadership team has made a lot of changes in a very short period of time. The changes are good, but fast. The company is definitely moving in the right direction. Some folks just don't like change.
