      Incredible work environment. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. The team aspect of uplifting each other is amazing! Excellent benefits and work life balance. The training has been incredibly in depth and I’m so excited to learn more!

      None so far. Only thing I would add is better at home equipment. The camera and monitors are a tiny bit outdated. But they work!

      Good experience with HRIS/SaaS software, exposure to complex customer issues, some good coworkers, and a few strong managers.

      Support is undervalued, poor documentation, limited internal growth, weak communication, lack of recognition, questionable leadership decisions, and employees may feel punished for speaking up.
