      It has a friendly working environment, be free and feel relaxed to chat with your colleagues. Workload is not too high. Seats are partitioned so you have the privacy you deserved.

      Svantaggi

      Poor medical benefits. Repetitive on aspects of work, not much chance to learn something new. Turnover rate is high so you have to switch and get along with new working partners from time to time.
