Lack of support, complete lack of direction. Employees treated like numbers and not humans. Multiple egos pushing things in all different directions. Has made many good and valuable employees sick to the point of having to leave. Avoid if you value your health and sanity

Great business with a nice family feel, lovely team that genuinely looks out for each other. Big growth opportunity for the business which means growth opportunities for individuals within it.
