The management style is heavily focused on micromanagement, with time tracking down to the minute, which can lead to analysis paralysis rather than efficiency. The overall approach feels more focused on identifying negatives rather than fostering a supportive, positive environment. At times, interactions could feel passive-aggressive rather than constructive. There is little openness to new ideas, Despite being a Xerox-acquired company, the work environment doesn’t seem to reflect Xerox’s broader ethos. Many in the team seem to feel there is no real path for career progression. Improvement meetings often feel more like a box-ticking exercise rather than a genuine effort to implement meaningful change.
