No projects apart from Pega, so you cannot make a growth in your career in other fields apart from Pega-Zero facility apart from salary-Work life balance is very worst- No an ethical & employee friendly company-Management does not think about employees life-Saturday work in many weeks- No Allowance(Money/Cab)- Comp off given only if you complete 9 hours on Saturday, else not-You cannot take comp off leaves as it will not be approved, so it is a show off- Local polities, Manager favor some employees even they knows that the employee does not work- Cannot raise any voice to the Managers or Management as they are all time right- Huge & huge level of time & micro management, which really disappoint the employees to give their best, you will not get 10 mins to sit idle -There is no motivated approach or boosting process to the employees, instead harassments & demotivated speech to the employees under the managers- The project qualities are not good- Pathetic work life balance- Managers expect a huge & quality work outcome with in very short span of time, hence 11/13 hours works are common & in everyday. After few months of work here you will become the company robot & you will see every where the company name inside your family also. You forget your name . Your name will be the company name. So you will establish your company culture in your family also, as a result your family will break- Management does not bother about your health. They only know money by sucking you. Do not join in this company until & unless you do not have any offer, because they will offer you a huge package to buy your life. At the end you will become a Pega robot of not having any other skill set in your knowledge- Hence your cannot jump any other orgs where different skillsets works. So think first whether you need a huge money during joining time or you need money for the rest of your living life. Think thrice to join this company. Even the company has no reputation inside other big companies. The company used to showoffs many things.
