Hard work is not recognised. Promotions are given to the bootlickers and not to the deserved ones. Literally no work life balance. Horrible sales team - delivery team coordination. High attrition, mismanagement due to which employees are pressured to work beyond normal working hours. Don’t join if you want to lead a happy life!!!
