Corporate cubical culture is terrible No real benefits for time off - In fact, hope you don't get stuck in inclement weather because they will open the office and either expect you to brave the dangerous roads, or use one of your few vacation/sick/personal days. Don't expect to grow or receive raises, it won't happen.
