Vantaggi

None. Really there is none. Maybe working with the other Argo employees but their also unhappy because they work for Argo Tea.

Svantaggi

The pay is not enough for the work they just drop on your lap. No respect for your life outside of Argo Tea, they expect you to work on your days off because people call out all the time and their espresso machine and other machines like the bar always break and they also expect you to just deal with it even if the company that gross 17 mill a year is too cheap to fix any of the equipment. It's fun when customer screams at you because half the menu is unavailable because Argo is too cheap to fix their stuff which also hurts sells Which in return the GM gives you attitude because the store ain't meeting its sells quota. Human resource is a joke, the person over there clearly does not care or know what she is doing. And the GM could have hoot about the Baristas and is completely useless, and the owner is also does not want anything to do with the baristas clearly he's self titled . He won't even say hi to you he just expect you the give him white tea and is too good to be caught talking to a looser barista. They completely lie to you about jobs, I got hired has a barista but ended up being barista, prep, janitor, assistance manager, manager, dishwasher, GM for customers who want to scream at someone, handy man because Argo is too cheap to hire their own handy man. No Hoilday pay, no chance for upping your pay, health insurance is a joke. No sick days or PTO, can't request days off, honestly I could go on.

Vantaggi

Working at this tea shop was a decent experience overall. The environment was usually calm, and the atmosphere made the workdays feel less stressful compared to other customer service jobs. Most customers came in with a positive attitude, which helped make interactions smoother and more enjoyable. The staff worked well together for the most part, and there were opportunities to learn more about teas, drinks, and customer service skills.

Svantaggi

Management had its good and challenging moments, but overall the job was manageable and gave a solid work experience. Busy hours could get overwhelming at times, especially when short-staffed, but the team usually tried to support each other and keep things moving. The shop itself stayed clean and organized, and the aesthetic made it a pleasant place to work in daily.
