Fun people you get to work with everyday. You're outside, on the water and often on boats. If you like meeting new people the summers are incredibly busy and you see a lot of different tourist. Its fun!

The office seems dysfunctional and there is high turnover. There are women in senior leadership but they don't seem to stay long and quit after a year or two. That's not an exaggeration, the only ones that stick around are guys and it feels like a 1980s style boy club. Its patheic because it could be a cool company. There are opportunities to advance but only if you're in the "club" especially on the boats. Management could care less and stop short of telling you to either put with it or leave. Most good people chose to leave.
