Instrumentation department manager is completely incapable of managing a team and I believe to be racist. I worked here for a total of 2 months and in that time I was completely lied to about future projects assignments, agreed work schedule, forced to use vacation due to lack of work, forced to do thing other coworkers wasn't, and asked to plagiarize training presentation from previous company instrument manager used to work at. There are a lot of people cutting corners on the instrument engineering side of things to save time and I was ultimately terminated because I refused to sign off on documents that wasn't properly reviewed and promoting alignment with other engineering disciplines, but was told my engineering skills didn't match that of somebody with 5 years of experience despite me completing all my assignments well before the deadline with amazing engineering and great feedback. Not to mention complete lack of work, everyday I struggled to find work so that I could properly charge my time. I would not recommend this company for anybody that is African American (Black). There are about 350 employees at this company counting me only about 5 are black!!!!
