Smart folks, innovated product team, crazy good engineering execution, lot's of talent and A players here, a real unicorn start up with lot's of traction. I get to fix tough problems everyday and I love the folks I work with, no cap

gonna be honest on this on this one, it's a start up so not everything is super clean or apparent in what the next move always is, but hey, that's start up life. Things are getting better here everyday

I came on board in the midst of all coronavirus pandemic so things changed fast in a matter of days and yet they still had employee safety at top of mind. We now all work from home and we haven't missed a beat on collaborating. I love that they really value employee feedback. Some companies say they do, but this company actually backs it up and makes changes accordingly. I have so much appreciation for a company that not just hears but listens too. This is my first time in this environment so I am still adjusting, but it is a nice change for once.
