- New President doesn’t have the same care as the previous one -Low pay, much lower than market rate for equal positions at competing companies -We allow bad employees to stay for too long while letting the good ones go - We lose CSR’s and Design Consultants due to uncompetitive wages and poor retention efforts. -sales is viewed as a pain to the Operations team rather than a team.
