If you are in sales and making the company money you will be treated well.

The company over hires and ends up reversing course resulting in massive layoffs and "terminations" of employees that haven't even been at the company for a year. Politics are highly at play. Be careful who you disagree with or you will be fired. People disappear at night. You learn about their departure when you notice their Slack is deactivated. Creates a fear culture. Have your stock agreement reviewed by an attorney before you sign to avoid any claw back of vested stock.

Acquisition Friction: Since the ServiceNow announcement, there’s a noticeable need for a more conscious effort regarding system and process updates. Moving from a nimble startup to part of a global giant means extra scrutiny and slower rollout of internal tool changes.
