There is a sense of competitiveness that drives this department. The hours are 8AM-9PM M-F and 8AM-5:30PM on Saturdays. Every Sunday you have off, but may work an evening or a Saturday. It is a small department so if someone is off, it is hard to get vacation approved.

Svantaggi

It is a very demanding job. You are expected to give 110% day in and day out. Sometimes when it is busy, you do not have that much to give. The supervisors are understanding of busy times but work still needs done.

Vantaggi

The folks I worked with at Armstrong were authentic and others centered almost without exception. They all worked hard and rooted for each other. I consider it an honor to be an alumnus of this organization.

I can't think of any negative that is applicable to the organization as a whole. Very solid company.
