Management is too busy to interact with their staff and lead appropriately, poor communication within department, improper training, no flexibility for remote work, employees come into work sick because of lack of flexible work options, horrible maternity leave, no leave for dads, outdated building with limited space, no employee handbook, no company policy on driving into work in bad weather, managers have very little impact to make changes, laptops & monitors can be old/not work well, little diversity, office closes for Christmas but you have to use your own PTO, complex business models that are not well explained, over complicated procedures
