management always assume the worse in you. HR likes to play favoritism like management. Management lies to you about advancement And raises, and management never fights for people like they should. In a spane of 5 week about a dozen people quit working in one department. Be aware there is high turn over ironically all under one manager.

If you get a chance to work with him , nothing better than that. What you get is new idea to work upon and great technical expert to support you. - The best part is, if you think you can work on something then there is always a way for you. Meaning, if you are an Electrical Engineer who can write a code, you can work with firmware team also. - A very good Pay. - Work and life balance. With my 6 months old daughter and 8 years old boy I could manage very well. - Flexible work hours - A Christmas Vacation.
