What stands out most is that the team is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely invested in each other's success. I consider myself fortunate to collaborate with leaders and colleagues who are genuinely always willing to share knowledge and help when needed. The sharing of knowledge allows the entire team to focus on firm priorities and contribute to those priorities in a meaningful way which fosters opportunities for professional growth and development. One thing I particularly appreciate is the encouragement of creativity and innovative ideas.
