No work life balance. They promised the world when showing you the ropes. You’ll get the newest equipment, you’ll have everything to provide that 5* service. When in reality it’s all a lie to get you to sign a contract. Keep lying that it’s coming while knowing all the time they would never provide. Such a toxic work place. You have staff tearing down other colleagues achievements just so they can reach their own. You have the highest management shouting and bullying staff. Rather than promoting and encouraging people you fire and ridicule. Basic pay for giving everything you have, such a thankless job. No team working together. You have teams throwing others under the bus for self defence. But you also show no appreciation for the staff that work hard! Christmas parties where you have to buy your own drinks? So our hard earned money from you goes back to you? Sorry a hard pass from me.
