Great first job out of college. Tons of earning potential in the freight brokerage industry. Carrier sales generally made money quicker, but Customer sales generally made more money long term.

Not so much a company con, but the freight industry is extremely stressful and demanding. Need to be comfortable delivering bad news to customers. Long shifts from 7-5.

The environment is very toxic. Micro Management at an epic level, I have never experienced such until this company. The People helpers (HR) do not care about you and denied several requests. I will be filling an ADA complaint against them.
