- LOOOOOONG HOURS ( 10 hours ) - Sink or Swim workstyle with unimpressive support from Managers - Management complains if you are 5-10 minutes late...umm are they not aware that you are there for 10 hours. Some people are there for even longer hours - People Gossip, it's the nature of humans. I understand. People do it a lot there. - LFG culture... wtf is this? You are pressured to talk positively about Arrive yet you give up so much of yourself to them. They will underpay you and say "they can't offer X salary at this time"...umm this is a billion-dollar company. - LFG cultures is extremely demanding and literally sucks your soul - Managers and trainers can embarrass you in front of others if you are not performing well. - truly feel sorry for people who work at Arrive for these cons. You give up so many hours per day and are forced to go to the office and they treat work from home like some grand thing. It's 2023 and they offer it to you after 8 months or so. - Training was a joke if you are an account executive because it's heavy sales focused - With time, when you are promoted, you get more work and way more stress
