      Inconsistency within the company, very difficult to grow your own book of business, and market fluctuation leads to extreme difficulty when getting in with new partners (not Arrive's fault).

      A very teeny tiny paycheck

      The environment is very toxic. Micro Management at an epic level, I have never experienced such until this company. The People helpers (HR) do not care about you and denied several requests. I will be filling an ADA complaint against them.
