      I can only speak on my experience, but I have absolutely loved my time at Arrive. The people you work with are amazing. The office atmoshphere is awesome and legitametly makes it ok coming into the office every day. The work is tough and stressful at times but that makes it rewarding and the people in the office make it worth it!

      The freight game is not easy by any means. Long hours and lots of problems to deal with. It can be stressful -- but Arrive does it right.

      A very teeny tiny paycheck

      The environment is very toxic. Micro Management at an epic level, I have never experienced such until this company. The People helpers (HR) do not care about you and denied several requests. I will be filling an ADA complaint against them.
