      Young, new ownership working hard to modernize a trusted family business. There are lots of opportunities for creative work, and employees are treated very well by management. Until the business grows further in sales/customer base and moves to a new location, it's growth will be limited.

      Svantaggi

      Growing pains of getting ISO certified, moving all records to digital, and streamlining SAP business software. Also, everyone has to listen to the terrible radio over the intercom every day. Limited opportunities for growth at this time.
