Toxic. They steal sales. It's a boys club. It's a cult. They literally have a pledge they do.
Way too many mandatory meetings that you have to arrive early to participate in before your work day starts.
Small amount of PTO as a mom, if your kids get sick and you've used your few days, you're sol because no option for unpaid days, you just get written up.
You don't make a living wage, and the ceiling hits at management which you have to be in the boys club to get that position.
