If your skin isn't as thick as an armored vehicle, this place is not for you. You might be able to skate below the radar for a while, but the second you make one mistake the owner will call you out in front of anyone within earshot and berate and belittle you while cussing you out and calling you names. He takes great pride in his fear culture and admits that he does it to show everyone who is the boss so people are scared to screw up, but all that does is make people not admit their honest mistakes. Upper management tries to hide problems from him so he doesn't go off on anyone and they don't lose more people. But on the other hand, sometimes they'll do his bidding and threaten your job even before you start a project so you are "motivated" to get it done on time.
