Steadily Declining - Recensione dipendente - Manufacturing Technician presso Arrowhead Systems

The department managers appear lethargic, ineffective, and seem to pass the buck back and forth. I don't feel they understand the concept of leading by (good) example. I am convinced the managers can't figure out their quality issues on a daily basis effects productivity in a bad way. Over the years I had decent managers that come with experience and help but get burned out and and quit due to the harsh chaos or get fired for identifying issues and confronting them. The owner shows up seldom, and commonly freaks out with verbal assaults on us during meetings, very unprofessional and sets a crude culture. The turnover is horrible. It also seems that the engineering is truly done by the veteran shop floor personnel, and this isn't noticed by the appropriate individuals to insight change. Swept under the rug, but can't figure out why the manufacturing employees are always slammed with overtime. The insurance is too expensive and little to no benefits are provided anymore.
