Arrogance across the board. The company is like a cult with Reinhold as the leader. The VPs are his puppets who line up like puppies wagging their tales for a pat on the head when he walks into a room. Pathetic really. The VPs in this org are something else. Watch out for them and for anyone who tells you Arthrex has an "amazing culture." They definitely drank the Kool-Aid, and they will put a knife in your back as soon as they can. Watch out!
