-great pay for apprentices in comparison to other big companies -my line manager is very nice and helpful along with the rest of the team, I never feel scared to approach someone, no matter their grade as everyone is lovely -The engineers/technicians are eager to share their knowledge and help out -a good profit share twice a year -apprentices don't get forgotten about, infact people look out for us which is a great feeling -the more senior staff in the team, which are usually the busiest, will always spare some time if i have any questions regarding projects -I have been at Arup for a year now, but after only a few weeks i felt settled in
