First and foremost, the values at this company (principally sustainability) are taken very seriously. I really admire and respect their efforts to lead the AEC industry through climate change transitions. Otherwise, Arup has a very supportive culture for employees, Their benefits are expansive and considerate of what life may throw at you. I really enjoy how receptive upper management is to lower grade requests to shadow and learn more about high level perspectives. Lastly, I like my team. Very talented bunch they are.
