- No career planning beyond just paying you a bit more when you acquire certifications. Note: Arxxus have very little interest in your certifications once you obtain a few to support their Salesforce partner score. - Revolving door of leadership. In 2 years they had 3 different people leading the company. - Very high focus on off-shore work so you work long hours when India start their day after lunch and expect your support late evenings when things go wrong. This also means as an on-shore resource, you have very little hands-on experience to develop your own skills. - Numerous people were bullied by a particular person there (who was subsequently promoted into the leadership team). - Low-quality offshore work without proper governance/QA. This creates large amounts of re-work and stress on the team to meet deadlines. - Company focused on trying to sell themselves to another larger company. Arxxus put in a company share scheme which only benefited employees if the company was acquired. All the employees who actually understood the complex offering said it was worthless and purely a tactic to retain employees.
